Competition proposal for the design of the embankment on the left side of the Danube and its multifunctional development.
The prominent location only a few minutes walk from the city centre is enhanced by the Bratislava castle on the hill above the site.
The area has the potential to create a new living and working environment with a strong identity and spectacular river views.
The proposed blocks are a mix of residential and office space with shops on the ground floor.
The complex consists of several blocks with different functions, which are interconnected by a common underground garage. The whole complex of buildings is dominated by the slab-like form of a luxury hotel building.
