The reconstruction of the Municipal House, a national cultural monument, has become the largest building of its kind in Prague. The reconstruction of the building included the cataloguing and restoration of tens of thousands of individual objects of artistic craftsmanship.

The centre of the building is the famous Smetana Hall, a concert and multi-purpose hall with a capacity of over 1000 people, the seat of the Prague Symphony Orchestra.

The building houses a number of ballrooms, an exhibition gallery, several restaurants, shops and offices.
