Emphasis is given to the simplicity and maintainability of the individual houses, which as a set of buildings form a diverse range of flats, in which medium-sized flats predominate.
Smaller apartments for young families, seniors or single-person households are also well represented. The orientation of the buildings respects the rotation of the street network and creates a continuous street profile around the roads.
Tree plantings, perennial garden, sidewalks and parking spaces are planned along the roads.
Most of the parking spaces are under the proposed buildings in underground garages, which are accessible from the streets without ramps and are recessed into the slope due to the sloping terrain.
On the south-eastern slope with mostly vegetation of bushes and birches, there are also units of mature trees by the existing roads, whose preservation will be specified on the basis of a closer dendrological survey.
