A low-energy, ground-floor family home with a black-stained wooden facade and an efficient covered terrace.
The enclosed street front of the cross-facing block is adjacent to the entrance, kitchen and bathroom, including sauna.
Conversely, the communal space and other living rooms face south through a glass-fronted facade, with French windows providing direct access to the garden.
As well as roofed seating, the loggia, extended with a terrace, also provides a shade of the interior during the summer months.
The house is sheathed in vertical, black-stained boards.
Inside, the low-energy structure partially admits to its design connecting walls of concrete cinder blocks and monolithic ceiling plates.
The raw surfaces are complemented by the bright yellow hue of the kitchen counter and other built-in furniture, the wooden floor and the coloured curtains.
