For the International Monetary Fund and World Bank meetings in Prague in 2000, a large office building was added to the existing convention centre to serve individual delegations during the annual meeting.

The building is characterised by red burnt granite, which clads the building in exposed areas, and grey plaster, which predominates in the courtyard.

The new building was connected to the existing convention centre by a light overground tunnel.
