Administrative building Glocker.

A small office building filled a gap in the traditional structure of the city. The challenge was to design a highly efficient and economical building on a very small site.

Parking requirements necessitated 4 underground floors accessible by car lift.

The perimeter cladding was originally designed from bricks, but during construction it was changed by the investor to granite slabs.

Aluminum windows are complemented by fixed horizontal blinds. The shape and size of the roof extension is related to the neighbouring buildings, but the material used, titanium zinc sheeting, contrasts with the existing tile roofing.
