The reconstruction consisted in restoring the original manuscript by architect Grégr so that the first half of the twentieth century layer would remain worthily represented in the site.

Current housing requirements have necessitated new demands, which have manifested themselves particularly in the internal layout and the extension to the rear elevation of the house.

The exterior is dominated by restored coarse-grained plaster according to the original pattern.

The interior is dominated by noble materials such as stone, solid wood, brass and stainless steel.
