The ground-floor house opens out over the garden, next to which the Elbe River flows.
Panorama of the Elbe River
In winter, the Polab sun can fall abundantly into the interior, while in summer it is prevented by the pre-set lining and roof. This creates privacy from the neighbours, protects from the summer rays and frames panoramic views of the meandering Elbe.
