A spatial block that retains its original sculptural character through its internal composition.
Inner atrium with vertical roads that divide the building into approximately two halves, thus ensuring a high standard of private space for each apartment unit.
There are two apartments on each floor, with the upper floors designed as luxury duplexes with spectacular views of the park.
