The set of four similar family houses is designed in the outskirts of the city at the foot of the Jizera Mountains.
Buildings with gabled roofs match local conditions, with their spatial layout taking advantage of the pronounced gradient of the north slope.
A new road is adjacent to the lower boundary of the land, to which the houses are connected by an entry level with a garage.
The living level connects to gardens that overlook Jizera Mountains ridges, including the familiar silhouette of Ještěd.
There are three bedrooms with facilities accessible by an open staircase in the attic.
Stavby z keramického zdiva nesou vertikální dřevěný obklad. Různé úpravy fasády lazurováním a opalováním dávají každému z jinak shodných domů trochu odlišný vzhled, k tomu přispívá i rozdílné uspořádání oken.
Střechy, které díky přesahům obstojí i v náročném podhorském podnebí, pokrývá předzvětralý titanzinkový plech.
