The house is designed in the outskirts of the city, in the vicinity of the Chuchelský háj nature reserve.
Classy performance
The plot in the southern slope is accessible from its upper side, the simple volume of the building with a flat roof therefore stands out from the terrain and consists of a one-storey and a two-storey part.
The frames of the large windows, the garage door and the anthracite-coloured curtain wall contrast with the white plaster.
Composition of colours
In the middle part there is a seating area, which is connected to the garden by a generously glazed loggia turning into a terrace.
