The land is adjacent to fields surrounded by dense forest. A great benefit is the tranquility and the view of the countryside. This became the main theme of the design.
The gable of the house, thanks to the roof and side walls, protects the whole glazing and creates loggias at the living room and the master bedroom.
At the client's request, the house is brick built but protected by an all-wood facade made of tan wood.
Tranquility and the view of the countryside
The highly durable basalt tiles on the floor indicate that for most of the year, life in the loggia and garden will be the central theme. In winter, the stove will then become the centre, which will be used for cooking and for heating the house, which will otherwise be kept safe by the heat pump.
