The sloping plot and westward access were channeled by the house's unconventional layout.
The ambiance of the terrain has also become apparent in the interior, where the living room floor is three steps lower than the dining room and, as a result, has an exceedingly high ceiling.
Both levels of the living space open onto a garden with a covered terrace and pond. The solid appearance of the house is emphasized by the sand brick facade, whose light shade matches the interior. The bleached oak flooring continues onto the staircase cladding and built-in furniture. The living space is dominated by a double-sided fireplace separating the dining room from the living area.
