The house stands in a quiet location of terraced houses from the first half of the 20th century. At the client's request, it follows the first-republican functionalism, which is also found in this neighbourhood.
The building with ceramic block walls supporting a reinforced concrete ceiling has a fine-grained white plaster on the facade.
